As an experienced business and HR professional, I have a wealth of expertise across a number of sectors and with a wide range of different businesses. Although I have several years under my belt, I am just as passionate and driven as I was when I first started my career - and hopefully a bit wiser!

A bit about Kate Kelk -

Kate began her career as a operational retailer with The John Lewis Partnership where she cut her HR teeth before moving to the HMV Media Group in both a regional and head office capacity. This was followed by a change of sector working for Deloitte in their in house HR team in central London.
Kate's specialism is in HR management and operations - that's policy, contracts, employee relations, performance management and HR software to you and me. She is used to working with SMEs who have minimum or no in-house HR expertise. Her expertise across a range of clients means that she often has a number of solutions to similar problems ensuring the best fit for each business.
The nature of people and business means that whilst Kate works with her clients on a planned and proactive basis she is also very used to responding to issues that arise out of the blue and need a fast response.
