Kate's specialism is in HR management and operations – that's policy, contracts, performance management and HR software to you and me. Before setting up Cajun HR with Jenny, she worked in HR roles for The John Lewis Partnership, HMV Media Group, and Deloitte.

An excellent commercial and strategic HR business partner, Jen is skilled in a wealth of HR, operational and managerial areas. Before Cajun, Jenny led a large HR team at Kurt Geiger. She prides herself on her ability to get the best out of employees and thrives when she’s helping businesses improve their performance through their people.
